Vilas Deshmukh and Shivraj Patil are two sides of the same coin. Both are thoroughly inefficient administrators. Both survive due to Sonia Gandhi’s blessings. R.R. Patil, state home minister is busy raiding dance bars. This idiot of a chief minister wants railways to inform him, his guardian Shivraj wants terrorists to inform him the date, place and time of the blast. What kind of police force they are supervising when they can’t even have basic intelligence gathering?

Finally Mr. Deshmukh decided to wake up from his deep slumber. It’s really a shame that these ”Gunda gardi” is been carried out without any fear and there has been no ramifications for the same.
Only a warning issued. Good job done Mr. Deshmukh, see you at the elections. :))))
